What is a Medwaiver Provider?


Medwaiver is through Medicaid. If a person is born with a developmental disability, like Autism, Cerebral Palsy, or Downs Syndrome, Medicaid offers home and community-based services like Personal Supports, Respite, Companion. Supported Living Coaches make up to $33/hour with these licenses. A Medwaiver Provider is someone who gets licensed through Medicaid. If you ever worked in a group home, nursing home, hospital, or special needs classroom, and you can pass a Level 2 background, then you most likely qualify to open a Homecare Agency..




Who should become a SOLO/AGENCY Provider?


Anyone with at least one year of experience with the developmentally disabled or other special population. Once you are licensed, we can help you build your Client caseload, referring you to local Support Coordinators, Case Managers, etc. We also assist with building your Private Pay caseload by helping you meet case workers at rehab clinics, discharge planners at the hospital and local senior center social workers. We also assist with marketing solutions, business development, billing, and compliance.

How do I find Support Coordinators? Will you help?

How do I bill? Will I get a 1099?


As a Provider, you will bill online directly. The State will Direct Deposit all Medicaid Providers once a week. All Private Pay Clients normally pay you with a check each week or month. You will get a 1099 at the end of the year.
